We stayed in a clean, functional, well-kept 3-bedroom unit and had a great experience from beginning to end. The agent was responsive and helpful, so everything went smoothly. There are lots of dining options below the residence, including Sushi Zanmai, claypot chicken rice, Chagee, and Boost, plus a mini mart and food court. It’s a convenient spot for meals and coffee, and a reasonable distance from Sibu town, just as described. Attiya Spa is downstairs too. You can get a massage at the outlet or arrange a private session in your unit, which was a nice convenience. This will be my first choice when I return to Sibu. Highly recommended!

I had a great, relaxing first stay at this condominium, booked through Airbnb. The guy was helpful and gave me guidance for the area, though I still managed to get lost. Tower A and Tower B confused me because I wanted B but kept ending up back at A. Funny little mishap. I eventually found it and got the keys from the safe. There’s condominium parking, which was great. The entrance uses a keypad, and inside it was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The unit had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and my favorite, a TV for watching YouTube almost every day. The view was lovely too. I went downstairs for lunch and found lots of people around, mostly teenagers. The surroundings were really nice. Walking around, I eventually discovered the gym, pool, and game room on the top floor. I was surprised by how huge it was. I’d rate this place 8 out of 10 and recommend it.

I filled in the Google form but got no response, then waited at the reception counter for more than 30 minutes. Customers could have provided the same information on the spot, but staff insisted we wait for management feedback. If management isn’t available 24/7, reception service needs improvement. 🙄

The unit is a little small, but most amenities are included and free to use, which is great. With a food court and supermarkets on the ground floor, shopping is convenient without taking the lift. I had a good time here, and the place seems to be raising the profile of this part of Sibu. There’s a lot of potential if the vacant shops get rented out. I hope the owner can bring in llaollao too 😅 It could have a great impact on the place.
