The price was great, and the hotel was basic, clean, and free of any odd smells. There was plenty of parking, and a supermarket right across from the building. It seems handy for backpackers. I wasn't keen on the stairs, and had to pay an extra RM12 for room cleaning when I arrived. Still, it was cheap.

The dorm was good value, but the customer service needs work. We couldn't get a response to our check-in message or the doorbell for about ten minutes. One staff member then offered a RM40 room that turned out to be sold out, leaving only dorms or pricier rooms. We chose a dorm, but only noticed the next morning that we hadn't been given pillows or blankets. I was cold all night.

I booked through the OYO app for RM38, but reception asked for RM50 on arrival, saying the boss had set that price. They also said the RM38 booking wouldn't be refunded if I cancelled. Scammers.

There were too many disturbances. People kept knocking on the lobby door in the middle of the night, and children I think were staff members' kids were being a nuisance too. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's in a quiet area, with a nearby grocery shop and lots of Chinese restaurants and other places to eat. The price is lower too, especially for someone traveling alone, and the room was comfortable.
