The room was spacious and well maintained, and the aircond worked well. Check-in and check-out were smooth, so it felt worth the money. The only issue was that the refrigerator didn't cool, but I was there for just one night and didn't really need it.

On 06-Mar-2026, they made half boiled eggs for Sahur, which was practical and no fuss. The kettle was stainless steel too, not toxic carcinogenic plastic. Thank you.

There were flies at the buffet breakfast, and the male front desk staff weren't friendly. There was no sign indicating that the counter direct call is 6. The hot water system didn't work. The counter staff said hot water would come after leaving it on for 10 minutes, but that wasn't true. Repair men came into my room and bathroom wearing boots, and one put his hands directly into the bathtub water. On a rainy day, I had to boil water again and again for hours so I wouldn't have to bathe in cold water. The system was noisy too.

The food they cook tastes good, and the hotel works for families. For the room price, the service is what I'd expect, with no complaints about getting equivalent service at a 3-star price. The staff are polite and kind too.

The cafe has good food and a tucked-away seating area for P&C discussions. Basically, it's a very good hotel, almost like a 5-star stay for a 3-star price. It is an old hotel, though.
