The family suite was nice when I stayed there a few times before, apart from low water pressure. But my stay in room 211 on 28 Dec 24, in the double queen bed room, was a nightmare for me and my kids. I slept in the right-hand queen bed, and around midnight the kids jumped out and complained about bedbugs. I hope hotel management deals with this. Overall, the place still isn’t bad.

My bedroom was clean and quiet, and I had a non-window room. The bathroom was clean and well equipped too. There was a car park security guard at night, and the Malay receptionist was kind, which reassured me the hotel was okay. I arrived after 9pm on Friday and found a group of drunk uncles and aunties drinking and telling stories on the ground floor. My room smelled of cigarette smoke because they were smoking near reception, even though there was a big “NO SMOKING” sign.

I’ve stayed here several times while cycling through Malaysia. It’s a good budget hotel, with limited facilities, but the room is comfortable and convenient.

It was a very bad experience for the family. The room was cramped to move around in, and the toilet water pressure was low. Even after the air conditioning had been running for four hours, the room still wasn’t cool.

I came back for a second stay because it’s a great hotel for the budget. The room was clean and comfortable, and Wi-Fi was available. There’s also a family room that can fit 5-6 people. Good value for money.
