We came all the way from Johor for this booking and ended up very disappointed. I reserved a deluxe family room with one queen bed and one single bed, but got a king bed and an extra small bed instead. The receptionist said the rooms were fully booked, but gave no proper answer, and management hadn’t told us about the change beforehand. The service was very poor. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I only stayed one day. It’s conveniently located in the city and works for a short stay, though the cleanliness needs improvement.

The air conditioning barely cools at all. If they fix that, I’d book here again. The location is handy, next to 99 speedmart and near restaurants and shops, and they offer free parking in front. It’s a good option for a night.

The blanket had a blood stain. Neither room had a window, which made things feel stuffy and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were cramped. We booked a deluxe family room with one large double bed and one single bed, plus a twin room with two single beds. The rooms felt too small for three and two guests, and even settling in was a problem with just two bags in each room. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

99 Speedmart is right next door, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel felt new and elegant, and the price was affordable. It was clean and comfortable, with toiletries, bottled water, a hair dryer, sachet coffee, and the basic facilities.
