Hotel Rim Global Subang

I usually can't be bothered to rate places, but this hotel was bad enough to make me. The room was small and smelled musty, and the air-conditioning didn't cool it. The iron was downstairs even though my friends and I were staying on the third floor. The receptionist wasn't friendly either. NOT RECOMMENDED GUYS!!

I felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The lighting outside the hotel and in the lobby was dim, and the place felt shady. The cashier staff member on 3/8/2025 at 7.50 pm was really unfriendly. I've traveled a lot, but this was the first time I'd encountered hotel customer service like that. If you don't like dealing with customers, please don't sit at the front desk. I don't know whether it was the staff or the owner, but it was the person looking after the cashier.

The room was very dirty and too small, and at RM 50 it wasn't worth the money. The water pressure was very low and the heater didn't work. The staff member was friendly until I paid, then seemed rude after handing over the key. Not recommended at all.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Still, the hotel itself is very nice, and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, which made my stay pleasant.
