The front desk uncle and miss were nice and polite 😊 It's basic accommodation, but it was enough for me, and I'd definitely stay again if I have business there. The LRT is about a 10-minute walk away, and JJJ summit, Giant, and Mydin are also within walking distance.

The counter service was nice, but the room was filthy, with lots of dust and cockroaches, and even the wall was dirty. A bad hotel experience. I won't be back.

For the price, this was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. I had no problems and would book again if I need to. I definitely recommend it.

They charged me for an upgraded room with a television and phone line, but when I checked in there was no phone line and no television. At checkout, the receptionist, who was a Bangladeshi worker, said the boss had told them not to let me come back. That was rude and unacceptable. This hotel is a total SCAM!!! Agoda, please take action over its service and hospitality.
