The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were nicely arranged.

The photos looked okay, but I started feeling uncomfortable as soon as we checked in and tried to make the best of it. The AC wasn’t working and made a loud engine noise, and there were cockroaches and spiders. Room 2 had no AC when I asked to move, and Room 3 had more infestations. We switched hotels and asked for a refund, but it was refused. We hadn’t even settled into a room, despite having been there for an hour.

This was a bad place to stay. There was a smoke smell everywhere, even in the mattress. After booking online, I checked several rooms. The owner helped me switch to a 3-bed room, but I had to pay an extra RM15 per night. The good thing is that it’s right in front of Mrt Damansara Damai Station. You can hear the MRT from the room. Overall, it was a bad experience. The photos show the single room, while the video is of the triple room. See for yourself.
