Sending male waiters to serve food at a “girls only” pool is a real turn-off, especially when staff know the pool is meant to be for girls. One family was eating there and brought boys into the area while other guests were around, and even the staff delivering food were men. What's the point of calling it a girls only pool then? Haiyooo.

I stayed in superior room 321 and had a good time. The room was neat and clean, with nice colourful lighting that made it look luxurious. The heater pressure was okay too. I'd come back.

We were sorry to leave after a wonderful stay at the Warisan. The renovation looks amazing, and the whole hotel feels modern and elegant. Staff were professional and always happy to help with a smile. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Taiping, 10/10.

The location was a plus, within walking distance of Hospital Taiping and nearby places, and the staff were friendly and polite. There was a swimming pool, but no gym. Parking was a hassle, with no proper spaces, so we had to park quite far away, which was especially difficult in the rain. Housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room properly or replaced the toiletries. The room facilities were basic, with few TV channels and no smart features or USB. I was also surprised by extra charges: RM5 for towels/coffee and RM6 tax on arrival despite having paid in full. Management and maintenance need to improve.

The TV wasn't working during my stay, which was inconvenient, and asking for an extra towel and more coffee sachets led to an extra charge of RM5. The service left me disappointed, and the stay didn't meet my expectations.
