Padi View Resthouse

This homestay is very clean, and staying here was a great choice. The parking area is large and private, with 24-hour CCTV, so I didn’t worry about the car. They provide daily room service and replace towels and other things as needed, which is great. Just be aware that cleaning noise might wake you around 8 or 9 in the morning. The water heater needs improvement: even at maximum, the temperature didn’t rise with the pressure so strong. I found that adjusting the water pressure made the temperature work properly. Highly recommended.

We came to bird at Trus Madi mountain. The rooms were clean and nice, with air conditioning and fans. We also had unlimited coffee and snacks. The location was good and the staff lovely. I’d definitely come back!

You can just make out the paddy fields from the upstairs room windows, and the sunrise was glorious. The rooms are very spacious, with an okay bed and slightly old but still decent furniture. The bathroom is basic, spacious, and functional, though the water pressure is far too strong. There’s a water heater, bottled water, and coffee and tea facilities. The TV had enough shows while I was there. It was 18°C at night, so I never turned on the air conditioning. The town is easy to reach if you have your own transport. WiFi is available, but I didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on it.
