The convenient, peaceful location and smooth check-in made for a good stay. Staff were kind and helpful throughout, and housekeeping kept the clean, spacious room in great shape. We were comfortable there, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay.

Rooms can be compact and basic, and there's no pool or gym. At times you might hear street noise or find parking limited. Still, Hotel Simple gives travelers a clean, safe, convenient base without extra frills, and it's affordable for a short trip or stopover. It's usually in town centers near shops, food stalls, and public transport. Guests praise the helpful, friendly staff and cleanliness, along with comfortable beds, dependable air conditioning, hot showers, and free Wi-Fi. A good value budget option that keeps things simple and hassle-free.

Being able to check in a little early really helped my day, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, so the whole stay went smoothly. Thanks for the good service. I'd happily come back.

The toilet was close to exceptional, with water pressure I didn't expect and a heater that worked really well. Cleanliness was okay, though there's room to improve. The room was spacious and comfy enough that we stayed another night. Staff were friendly and helpful. They only provided soap, no other toiletries, but we'd brought our own, or could have bought them at the convenience store. No biggie. Melur Inn is in a handy spot in tanah rata town, with lots of restaurants, fast food, and even a bazaar during fasting month. There are plenty of clinics and pharmacies nearby in case you need medical attention, and most places are walkable. Parking is easy except during office hours, when spaces can be hard to find. You pay through pahanggo apps, which is hassle-free and cheap from 8am to 6pm. 9/10. Definitely would stay again in future. Keep up the good work, Melur Inn! 💚
