We'd never stayed in a dirtier room. The sheets and towels were disgusting and stained, and after reception closed, which was only open for one hour, we couldn't find anyone to give us clean ones. The room was small and smelly, with no A/C or fan, and the balcony door wouldn't open. I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me.

The breakfast included in our booking never showed up, and the service was terrible. The room and bed were dirty too. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Malaysia, and I could keep listing problems. Don't stay in Netasha under any conditions.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was filthy, with disgusting stained sheets, a smelly room and carpet, and no fan. The toilet was dirty, the wall mossy, and the sink broken and leaking. All the pipes leaked, the flush didn't work, and we couldn't open the balcony door.

We stayed for 10 days and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms were clean.

The room was dusty and not very clean, and reception wasn't good.
