The basement has a private car park, though it isn't very large. The hotel is within walking distance of Gurney Drive and other malls. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service staff were pleasant and helpful.

I paid RM 380 a night for Room 401 and expected a comfortable stay, but several things went wrong. At check-in, the TV wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi, and it took a technician almost 20 minutes to sort out that basic problem. Later, around 11:00 pm, we found there was no hot water. The technician who came was wearing casual shorts and a T-shirt, which seemed unprofessional. We were told via reception that the hot water couldn't be fixed and that our only choice was to move rooms, nearly at midnight with six adults. That wasn't practical. When we asked about other compensation, reception said management was only available on Monday, so nothing could be done. We later got another call repeating that a room move was the only option, with no courtesy, flexibility, or empathy. The next day, I asked at about 11:30 am for checkout at 2:00 pm. They only allowed 1:00 pm, even though at check-in they'd initially offered checkout before 1:00 pm. When I mentioned the hot water, staff argued that they'd already offered a midnight room move, which wasn't an acceptable solution. The stay was extremely unpleasant because of the maintenance problems and the way they were handled. Before assigning Room 401, housekeeping and maintenance should make sure everything works. The property needs a major upgrade, and staff need immediate customer service training. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so other guests don't have the same experience.

The neighborhood was peaceful, and the hotel looked just like its listing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the distance from Georgetown and the other attractions.

Service was fine and the location is pretty good. Just be aware there's a mosque across the road, about 100m away. You can hear the Azan in the evening and before 6 AM, and it can be loud enough to disturb your sleep in the morning.
