A spotless room and bathroom made this a great place for a night. The friendly receptionist greeted me with a smile, sang while entering my information, and told me I could put my bike in the lift and take it up to my room. Loved this hotel.

The bed and room were okay, but the toilet smelled a little musty, which I wasn't keen on. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars.

I paid RM388 for this stay and had a bad experience. The water pressure was already slow when we arrived, but we accepted that. Then the supply stopped overnight and stayed off for almost a day. We were told this kind of issue usually happens, and mineral water was offered for showering instead. Room cleaning never came despite our request, customer service was poor, and no toiletries were provided.

3/7/24. The floor was clean, though slippery, so a floor cleaner without moisturizer might help. The TV only had TV1 and TV3, which could be improved. There’s a coffee machine, and Coway water dispensers on every floor. 99 speedmart is right next door now, where there used to be a laundry shop.

The bathroom could use better upkeep, but otherwise I have no complaints. It’s a comfortable hotel for the price, and you can walk to Speed99 Mart, a nasi kandar place, and a 7 eleven.
