Quest Hotel Midport Port Dickson

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from. Our room was clean and well equipped, and free parking and a 24-hour reception were handy. There was a small problem with the AC, but management dealt with it quickly. I appreciated the fast response. My only suggestion is to reduce lift wait times when it gets busy. We had a wonderful weekend break.

The kids especially loved the water splash park, a fun extra for a family stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast had a good mix of local favourites and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi and lots of parking made things easier too. We had a wonderful stay at Quest Hotel Midport Port Dickson. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The room was the only good part of the hotel. I won’t stay again. Booking directly through the hotel's website caused the biggest problem. We booked rooms with breakfast included, but were charged a higher price on arrival and told breakfast wasn’t part of the booking. That defeats the point of using the hotel’s own website. We also had to keep going back to the counter over minor issues, which made the stay frustrating. Several other reviewers seem to have had the same experience with staff. They often chatted among themselves and seemed slow and inattentive, both at the counter and near the main entrance. We arrived with six bags and struggled with the door, but nobody offered help or opened it, even though they could see us. Update: At checkout, we asked the counter to explain what happened. They apologised and treated us to a nice lunch. ☺️ We hope the hotel does well.

The Family Suite was spacious and nice, with a bathtub and a high floor sea view. The Splash Kid pool is really for younger children, though. At an average depth of just 0.5m, it isn’t suitable for junior teens. The stay was acceptable overall.
