The room was decent, narrow but enough for a solo traveler, and surprisingly quiet for such a crowded area. There’s a refrigerator, an air conditioner, and a big IKEA bottle already filled with dispenser water. The toilet and washroom are outside the room, separated by sex, and it feels luxurious. There’s also a kitchen and water dispenser. Everything is grey, just like the name, and the hotel feels luxurious for its level. If you book here, it’s better to go to the main hotel so an employee can guide you. I went to the wrong hotel belonging to the same owner, but I was right. This one is inside the Carlsberg restaurant after the Tiger one.

The management was very bad. My wife wasn’t allowed inside when we came for our honeymoon, and reception treated us badly. The room was also very bad, with a strong smell inside.

The cigarette smell came and went, and the room felt overpriced for what it was. But the AC was very good, and the location was amazing, near EVERYTHING. I guess you could see it as a good deal that way. It genuinely wasn’t that bad.

I stayed here last October 2025 and was really shocked by how different it was from the online presentation. I didn’t feel safe at all 🥹, and I was travelling alone then. It also wasn’t easy to find.

It’s in a prime location and costs little, which is the best thing about it. The room, bathroom, and service were below average. I’m not sure what was going on, but other guests were still making noise from around 10pm until 2 or 3am.
