Maison Moz - Polana Plaza IV

The location is perfect, and the large, comfortable rooms and excellent cleaning gave me a strong impression. The good breakfast also helped Polana Plaza feel like a five-star hotel, despite being a three-star one. The staff were very polite and helpful, with five-star service. I booked four nights at first, then added three more. A wonderful experience and great value for money.

The hotel itself is decent, but the receptionist charged me extra for the room provided on Sunday, 14.12.2025. Beware.

Breakfast was awesome, and there’s a nice Lebanese Schwarma next door. The rooms are big, spacious, neat, and clean, with lovely bathrooms. I especially liked that they have bidet hoses too 😁. It’s centrally located for getting around. A truly awesome experience, I’ll be back!

The hotel looks like the pictures on the surface, and the location is perfect. But the sewage smell in the rooms was disgusting. I tried two rooms. The second was better than the first, but still unacceptable. When I complained about 307, the front desk team didn’t seem surprised. That room clearly had a major recent problem and a very poor repair. I suspect there’s a fundamental design error in the waste installation. I’d suggest trying somewhere else, since there are plenty of options. I left and walked to another nearby hotel.
