The outdoor paintwork and door locks could use a little work, but the service and the hotel itself made the stay a great experience. I enjoyed staying at Perola Hotel and will definitely return when I get the chance.

I was there for just one night. The beds were comfortable and all the staff, security included, were friendly. There was a language barrier, but everyone was helpful.

The staff were incredibly professional, and the price felt like great value.

This was my fifth visit. The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, and the staff friendly, so there was nothing to complain about on cleanliness. Still, the service has slipped since my earlier stays. In Room 202, the air conditioner was malfunctioning and leaking water, the bathroom door handle needs fixing, and the television wouldn’t play.

Maputo’s busy, buzzing city area is where you’ll find this reasonable place.
