The food was good, but I would have stayed away if I’d known they had medals honoring a man who helped commit genocide.

We had a genuinely enjoyable meal here. The staff were very friendly, and the food was pretty good and came out efficiently. Some reviews might deserve a pinch of salt. You’re in the middle of nowhere, so getting a good steak, pork knuckle, or schnitzel is pretty cool. As a fellow European, I’ll say that some people seem to expect too much. If there’s a problem with your meal, politely let them know and I’m sure they’ll be happy to accommodate. KFC is the town’s top-rated restaurant at the time of this review, but you’d be doing yourself a disservice by choosing it instead.

An affordable, clean place to stay in Keetmanshoop. The rooms are fairly basic, but the WiFi and air conditioning work, and the pool is clean. There’s plenty of parking, and the restaurant is acceptable.

Desserts were very good, but the vegetarian choices are very limited. The restaurant is acceptable, though service was very slow, and whichever dish we ordered turned out to be unavailable.
