After my family and I were in a car accident, they took us in straight away once we’d finished dealing with the scene. We were met with such warmth and patience, even with our two toddlers. All four kids had delicious smash burgers within half an hour. Our room was comfortable, and everything was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were both so good, and the staff were 1000/10. Thank you, MJ.

Breakfast was delicious, and the garden was a peaceful place to unwind. The location is great, and there’s secure parking too. At the newly renovated Khaya Guesthouse in Okahandja, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the beds are great, and everything feels new. The renovations look stunning, with a modern, clean, stylish look that still feels warm and homely in a Namibian way. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Okahandja, highly recommended!

This was the ideal stopover to or from the international airport, especially after coming from Etosha. It added 40 minutes to my airport drive, but was well worth it. The rooms were reconditioned, super neat and clean, with clean linen and safe parking inside. I had a cold beer in a mug covered in ice, and the staff were super friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. The menu was basic but interesting, with fresh produce, and both dinner and breakfast were amazing. Worth the price. Five stars for Khaya and the team!

The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, and MJ is a real gem who made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff treated us very well too. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it, and come back again.

Odette is such a warmhearted person, and we wish her all the best. We really enjoyed our stay at this 10/10 guesthouse, with a very friendly welcome, nice rooms, a delicious breakfast and a cute poolside.
