Omurenga Lodge

We had a wonderful time at Omurenga Lodge in Nov 25. The view was breathtaking, and the manager and team were so kind, with service that was spot on. The food was fresh and delicious, and the sundown drive is well worth doing, with lots of animals to see. Great pool too, and some rooms have a private Whirlpool.

This was probably the most memorable hotel of our Namibia trip. We stayed two nights and could easily have added another just to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There are a couple of short walks, the food was good, and the hosts were gracious. I loved the outdoor shower, and the private balcony was fantastic.

We had great breakfasts and dinners, and the owner and staff were super nice. Omurenga Lodge was one of the best places I've ever stayed, by far our favourite in Namibia. It's tucked away in a private, secluded spot, with just four separate cottages. They're very spacious, balcony included, and the huge windows frame incredible views. There's an infinity pool with loungers, though it isn't heated. I highly recommend it.

The starry sky at night was incredible. You can make out so many stars and constellations, and it really gives you a sense of the universe's magic. The lodge is in the Erongo Mountains, with breathtaking views, and offers the kind of peace and beauty that makes it easy to relax. You can join a sundowner drive or nature walk, or just take it all in. The four houses are spacious, comfortable, and stylish, each with its own theme and a jacuzzi on the terrace. The food is varied and delicious, with fresh bread and vegan options available on request. The hostess and team were friendly, attentive, and professional. I was absolutely thrilled and would love to return. A dream destination for luxury, nature, and relaxation.
