The main problem for us was one waitress, Alicia M. We had her at dinner one evening and breakfast on another day, and each time she seemed dismissive and uninterested. She often chatted with coworkers instead of helping guests, and brought the wrong drinks more than once. When we asked to order dessert rather than a full meal at dinner, she said the kitchen was closed. Soon after, a group of about 10 arrived and got dinner, which left us confused and disappointed. At breakfast, she told us to get milk from the buffet, though we saw her take it to nearby tables. We had given our room number on arrival, but as we left she loudly called after us toward the elevator to ask for it again. That was embarrassing and unnecessary. The whole interaction made us uncomfortable, and sometimes felt oddly personal. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and convenient as a road-trip base. The WhatsApp chat was useful, though replies were often slow. We stayed three nights while travelling in Namibia, and aside from the service issue, the facilities were clean and handy.

The location worked especially well for appointments at Lady Pohamba Private Hospital, which is close by and easy to reach. Grove Mall is nearby too, with shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essentials. The rooms were modern and quiet, and breakfast had a good range of options. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and secure. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I had a great stay and would come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Windhoek.

I spent a week at Town Lodge Windhoek and found the food the standout: every meal tasted great, and I cleaned my plate each time. The staff gave excellent service, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. It was also good value, with a quality stay that didn't cost too much. Grove Mall is incredibly close, which made popping over for whatever I needed easy. A great option if you want an affordable, well located place in Windhoek. I'd recommend it.

The food at the hotel was lovely, and the location made things easy, with three malls, lots of restaurants, and a Virgin Active gym nearby where you can get a temporary membership. I travelled with a large group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. For a 3-star hotel, the service felt like 5 stars. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back.

I've stayed at this facility often, and I've noticed a real change from my earlier visits. The new manager, Kerwin, is making a big impact. He's out on the floor and addresses guests by their first names, which is a wow. I've stayed over 100 times across SA and Africa as a frequent guest, and this is a WOW Plus. He brings a new dimension to the place. Please pass along my thoughts so he knows the difference and value he's bringing. Kudos, and thank you.
