Cost Si Bon Hotel is such a peaceful, beautiful place. I was there to provide training, not to stay overnight, but the conference room I was assigned was nicely set up and the assistance was excellent. I imagine the rooms are also clean and well prepared.

The meal was fine, and the dining staff were friendly. Booking at the hotel was easy, too. But loud gospel music was blaring in the dining room, and the evangelising spoiled the meal for me. It felt inappropriate.

I’d been having a nice time until breakfast, when the lady serving was very rude. I didn’t know I had to order something, and she said, “there is a first time for everything,” as if I’d never experienced hotel service before. She didn’t apologize or say anything afterward.

There’s a good restaurant across the street. The atmosphere here is cosy, and the rooms are nice, clean, and quiet.

The sunsets are beautiful, and the pool area is amazing. Parking feels secure, and the rooms are private. Booking was easy, check-in was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, though they weren’t very knowledgeable. The food wasn’t the best, and the WiFi was okay. With so many mosquitoes around, they could put a little repellent in the rooms.
