The room was dirty and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. I attached photos. Our MD emailed Shantelle and got no reply. After several unanswered calls, Shantelle finally responded a week later, saying she could refund only two nights, not the third. She didn’t apologize at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling to Namibia. Then, after I posted this review, they decided not to refund us anything. Pathetic.

It really feels like a home away from home. The apartment is lovely and has everything two people need to feel at home. Groove Mall and HillTop Village are right across the way, so restaurants and food markets are close by, and the hospital is just across the street too. This is the best part of town to stay in. Love, love, love it.

We were in Windhoek under difficult circumstances because my dad spent two weeks at LPPH, but Chantelle’s apartments at Wild Olive made things much easier. We stayed in two different apartments, and Chantelle went above and beyond to help us. She’s a great host. The place is close to the hospital, a good supermarket, several restaurants, and the best shopping mall in town. Everything was an easy walk, and we can’t recommend it enough.

The apartment was gorgeous, quiet, and clean, and we loved our stay. The bedroom is a little small, but it was still worth it. There are three malls and a hospital across the way, and taxis can get there easily.
