The place was horrible, from the staff to the hygiene. They expected day visitors, but hadn’t cleaned beforehand. Then they told clients the usual cleaner hadn’t come in that day. The person handling bookings hadn’t even checked the condition of the place. The receptionist was rude and defensive and needs to work on herself.

The staff were friendly and the hospitality was great. Our room was clean, with a mini fridge and shower, plus fresh towels and toilet paper. There’s an outdoor pool and dining area, too. It’s affordable and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The owner seemed more focused on getting paid than looking after us. There was no working swipe machine, and he made an issue of Standard Bank’s payment methods, saying he didn’t understand how Standard Bank works. A business owner should be willing to meet clients halfway. We didn’t get breakfast, and the staff were mean. The hospitality was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The service from the so-called owner left me questioning their customer care. The receptionist should tell clients when booking that a cancellation fee will be charged. The owner needs to look into these issues and improve the service.
