I've been to Rivland several times and have come away satisfied each time. The view over the mountains and valleys is picturesque, and the staff go out of their way to meet your needs. The place has also recently been renovated and looks stunning. The fresh food comes in generous portions, and the Fish Tartare is amazing. It's a tranquil spot with animals around, especially nice if you enjoy being near them. I'd definitely stay at Rivland again.

Friendly, helpful staff, and everything was always cleaned nicely. The restaurant menu is a bit small, and some items aren't always available. Parking on the ring road to the chateau's needs sorting out. It's all right for a quick stay or a weekend, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The location, food, and staff are all amazing. If you need a break, skip the KitKat and have Rivland Paita. I recommend it 100%!
