The quiet atmosphere and nice ambience made for a pleasant stay. My room was clean, and I’d like to come back.

The basics work, but the rooms are poorly maintained across all the different types. The hotel seems to have great occupancy, yet the quality isn’t being reinvested in. Be sure your room isn’t near the very loud generators.

The room smelled bad, and the rugs need to be washed and dried. I also saw a small rat in there twice, on different days.

I was especially pleased with the service. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, immaculate, and had everything I needed. Staff were welcoming and professional from arrival, and check-in was smooth. The restaurant had a tasty range of meals, and the fitness center was well equipped. The setting felt peaceful and relaxing, too. I had an outstanding stay at AA Entertainment Hotel and would recommend it for comfort, class, and great service. Looking forward to returning.

The location was convenient for getting around, while the hotel itself stayed peaceful. The pool was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was fresh and tastier than I expected. I had a great stay and will return next time I’m in town.
