The one good thing is the location in a nice environment. But I was so uncomfortable in the room: it smelled damp, the TV didn’t work, and neither did the fridge. These pictures were taken at 11:44am, so why was the room this dark with no electricity? SMH. A standard room is 35,000.

The quiet setting and reliable room AC are the only real positives for me. I came back one day to find my room hadn't been cleaned, which was exhausting. I had to ask for fresh towels, and at one point was told none were available because the laundry person hadn't come. Beyond that, there wasn't much to enjoy.

You get what you pay for, I guess. The room basics were a problem: the AC wouldn't respond to any remote, the shower had issues, and my main door wouldn't close. When I tried to move to a suite, we ran into water problems too. My coworker dealt with the same water issue and had to take bucket showers, borrowing hot water from me a couple of times. Her bed was hard as well.

The reception area is small but fine, and the restaurant is compact too. It felt like they'd tried to use every bit of space. The hotel sits right by a road corner and has a prominent BW emblem on the building, but no hotel name, so I was a little confused while trying to find it. I didn't see the rooms myself, though the friend I visited seemed happy with the service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with the amenities you'd expect. Service was good and the staff were friendly. I'd come back.
