Consort Luxury Suites

The rooms are comfortable, and the place is quiet with good service and nice security. There are meeting rooms and a swimming pool too. Restaurant prices start at 8,000 for simple meals and average around 12,000.

It’s a nice place, though there’s room for improvement.

The rooms were worth the price, though the meals felt a bit expensive. Staff were efficient and quick, and also courteous, helpful, and cheerful. The location is clean, quiet, serene, and set back from the main road, so it feels somewhat secluded. Getting out may take a while since you’ll need a taxi-hailing service.

The cooking, room, and bed quality were commendable, and the place could be a four-star property. But the management and service were poor. Power cuts happened often and lasted a long time, some staff were impolite, and the keycard lock left guests stuck outside every day. Staff also deliberately and maliciously locked a guest in the elevator. Front desk staff entered my room without knocking and came upon me naked in the bathroom. Unnecessary intercom calls woke me every morning. The owners and management need to do better to sustain their investment.
