The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully kept, with clean, modern, inviting rooms and a calm atmosphere. The food was great, the bar excellent, and the staff warm, courteous, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. The manager was especially impressive, experienced, calm, and professional with guests and operations. It feels well run throughout. A couple of things felt unusual or could be better. I found it inconvenient that guests have to hand in their room keys whenever they leave. I’ve never come across that in a hotel in Nigeria or abroad. Room rates could also be friendlier for guests, especially for the local market. Those issues didn’t spoil my stay. Tide Hotel offers top-tier service and a peaceful place to relax. With a few adjustments, it could easily be one of the best stays around. I’d recommend it and would come back.

The staff made our anniversary feel personal. They decorated our room with petals, left an anniversary note, and gave me a small flower on the night of our dinner. I hope they keep up that approach. Their warmth, courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism made the stay unforgettable. The hotel’s beautiful aesthetics are lovely too. This place has my heart, and I’ll definitely return soon and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience.

Tide hotel, pronounced Ti-dé, is a beautiful spot on a quiet street in Utako, Abuja. It’s very private and has no signpost, but Google Maps gets you there accurately. The staff are cordial and responsive. If you want somewhere modern and cozy, Tidé is the place for you.

The interiors are really well done, and the staff were efficient. Tide hotel has a lot of five-star touches and has become my favourite. I hope they keep this standard up. Kudos to the CEO for putting such a state of art facility in Abuja.
