I was hoping to book a room for myself and a few friends, but the customer service was awful. They seemed uninterested and hesitant even to speak with us. Eventually we got someone to show us a few rooms, but they weren’t good at all, so we left.

The rooms are small and cozy, the staff are courteous, and the place itself is beautiful and affordable. The food is fair. Electricity isn’t on 24 hours, though they generally have a standby generator. If AC is your thing, this is your number one place.

I was there about two weeks ago, and the staff were disrespectful and had no manners. They accused me of damaging the door to my room, then I found out they’d checked the wrong room. The bathrooms were so dirty I wouldn’t shower there. There’s no basic maintenance either, they had a TV sitting on a fridge because the TV rack wasn’t in order. Shameful.

The surroundings were quiet, but the service was awful. I begged repeatedly throughout my stay and never got a towel. Food took forever to arrive, and when it rained, water dripped into the room. You really need to step things up. Other places at the same price do a much better job.

The night receptionist on December 18, 2022 was nice and courteous, but the stay wasn’t very pleasant. There was a fly buzzing in the air conditioner and it was nearly driving me insane. The place looks better in photos than it does in person. The porter started knocking well before checkout time to hurry us out, and kept at it until we left. We were only two minutes past noon when we left, but I forgot one of my belongings in the rush. They could improve.
