I had a horrible three-night stay, and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. After I complained, they stopped me at the gate and said they’d miscalculated another 10k for food. They wouldn’t let me leave until I paid. They advertised DSTV, but there isn’t any. The complimentary breakfast is strictly tea, three pieces of bread and two eggs, with no substitutes. Even if you say you only want water, they charge you for it without the breakfast. They also claim to have 24-hour light, but when NEPA goes out in the morning, the AC and water heater stop working, and there’s no water. When water is available, sometimes there’s no pressure. Staff called and came to my room at all hours of the night and early morning for personal reasons, with no shame, and didn’t mind asking me for money or work. They said the room was 35k, then charged me 50k when I left. The place was unprofessional and felt like a scam.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were polite. It was quiet and peaceful too. My only issue was the water: no hot water came through the shower, and pressure from both the sink and shower was terrible.

The clean, comfortable space and friendly, helpful staff made me want to come back. I could tell I’d enjoy my stay from the way they spoke to me at reception. The team were super polite. Chexfield Suites was the right choice for me, and I’d return whenever I get the chance. Weldone!
