Crestville Apartments

The apartment was peaceful, well located, and beautifully kept, with a nice mix of style and comfort. It was convenient too, and felt like a home away from home. From arrival through departure, everything went beyond what I expected. One of my best accommodation experiences. I'd recommend it for work, a vacation, or a longer stay.

Sam was especially helpful and made my stay more comfortable, and check-in went smoothly even though I arrived after midnight. Still, the problems outweighed those positives. The apartment needs maintenance: stained walls, a broken master bedroom wardrobe, kitchen cupboards in bad shape, and no heat extractor, which made cooking uncomfortable. The area's electricity was so unreliable that they were always on inverter, but the ACs wouldn't run on it, so it was hot and uncomfortable. The generator ran only about three hours a day. Since water depended on it, I often had to wait to do basic things. On my second day, I also waited nearly an hour for the cooking gas to be replaced. The facility manager was rude and unprofessional, especially at checkout. I had paid for a late checkout, yet kept being asked when I was leaving, which made the experience stressful. This place has potential, but needs better upkeep and more respectful service to be worth a stay.

I had a super peaceful three-day stay. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the manager made sure I was comfortable even though I arrived a bit before check-in. The picture spots were a 10/10. I felt completely satisfied, and I'd definitely come back soon. 100% recommend.

This apartment has that feeling of arriving somewhere just right. It works as a cozy weekend break, a chic staycation, or a comfortable and stylish base. If you're in Lagos or passing through, make time for it.
