2/10
The facilities are run down, customer service is poor, and there's little concern for how customers feel. The manager has no decorum, shouting at staff and speaking to customers haughtily, as though she's doing them a favor.

The location is nice and the staff were okay, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely bad, and there wasn't even basic water for bathing or a complimentary breakfast. They seriously need to upgrade and do better. It was a really bad experience.

The staff members are good, but the manager has a bad attitude. The rooms are very old and not worth the price, and once you've booked, nobody seems to care about you. At 6am, while we were still asleep, the manager knocked to tell us to move our bikes. I wouldn't recommend this place. The hospitality is poor.

4/10
This place has clearly seen better days, so don't expect much. It might be okay for a night or two.

The prices are fairly reasonable, but the room quality doesn't match the building's overall look and feel.
