The rooms looked lovely, and having both a bath and shower was a nice touch. The ambiance was great too, though the price is on the high side. One thing that bothered me was the reception restroom: there was no hand dryer, and the male and female toilet doors had no closers, so they stayed open and privacy was affected. Still, I had a pleasant stay, with a few details needing attention.

The event center is huge and seems suited to all kinds of functions. I also liked the scenery, luxury apartments, reception, and food. This is one of the best hotels I've visited in Abuja, and its roads and security are excellent. A good spot to relax, unwind, chill, and meet people.

The rooms are spacious, breakfast was okay, and the environment was very nice. I love this hotel and would stay again on my next visit to Nigeria, but a few things need work. Phone reception, especially on MTN, wasn't good, and mosquitoes in the garden at night made it hard to sit outside for long. The garden also needs to be looked after so the ladies sitting out there don't affect the hotel's quality and service over time. At the front desk, a fair, slightly heavy-set woman working the day shift seemed unfriendly, as if she were being forced to work. I can't remember her name, but her attitude was bad.

The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the atmosphere felt relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and came across as well trained and hospitable. My stay at Exclusive Serene Hotel was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were polite and attentive, and the rooms looked beautiful. Still, for a 4 star hotel, I expected more than the basics. The dining hall was so crowded that I couldn't get breakfast, and there weren't any hand or face towels in the room. It wasn't a bad stay, but the place could use an upgrade.
