The one good thing was the affordable price, with rooms costing 20-50k. That may explain why the place was such a letdown. I was there for a workshop, and the outside of the hotel and the conference rooms looked manageable. Inside the room, though, it felt awful. It smelled of a wet mop and mold. The old bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom was cracked and not clean, even though it had been washed. The staff seemed to do only the bare minimum. This hotel may have been great five years ago, but now it’s terrible. I really don’t recommend it.

Freshland hotels Ltd is a good-looking, big hotel in karu, and the location is good too. Nice place.

The interior decor is classic and unique. If I had bonus stars to give, I’d give them all. Thumbs up.

The price is more reasonable for the area, but the hotel needs maintenance and renovation. Its color isn’t attractive and should be changed. There isn’t enough space for ventilation, and it lacks amenities like a gym and laundry facilities. The food needs improvement too. I’d encourage management to pay staff properly and support them so they’re happier and more motivated. Happy staff are the ones who can leave customers with a good impression through their service.

I got malaria here and nearly died. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
