Hotel Villa Picasso

We left and went somewhere else because the staff were rude and didn’t communicate with us properly. Please do better. Customers shouldn’t be treated rudely for no reason. The most annoying part was someone asking my man if he wanted to buy something. Why ask such an awkward question? Why would I leave home and come to your place if I didn’t want to patronize your brand? I’ve been here before, so the sudden change surprised me.

I loved the dinner and the classy interior, and the surroundings were so peaceful. I simply had a lovely experience here.

The pool is well looked after, and I liked the food. Breakfast is usually included, though most times you have to go to the restaurant for it. In heavy rain, you can get a bit wet on the way. Wheelchair access is quite poor. The hotel has a peaceful setting, good privacy, good service and elegant interiors, though the service is average. It feels quite expensive for what you get, so I’d call it a fair hotel.

Villa Picasso is generally a good place to stay. The rooms are small but simple and comfortable, with decent wardrobe space, and the bathroom is spacious and nice. There’s a lovely stairway decor that gives the place a cool vibe, plus scented candles on the stairs for a homely feel.
