I usually hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this saves someone else from expecting hospitality and getting nothing close to it. Apart from the location, everything about the hotel was wrong. My colleagues and I all had the same awful stay. The rooms were dirty, and it was clear the sheets and curtains hadn’t been changed in a while. The toilet tiles and shower curtain were greasy, and when I wiped the work table with a tissue, the grime on it was shocking. I won’t even get into the customer service. An absolute nightmare.

The setting is peaceful and clean, the buffet was nice, and the staff were friendly. The internet was fast and smooth, too. It’s in a great spot, though they really need to make the place more visible. Without already knowing where the suites are, it’s impossible to find them.

There aren’t any signs outside, so arriving feels like you’re just dropping in on friends. It was a very homely stay. The complimentary breakfast was fine for getting started, though it won’t keep you going far into the day.

The place was dirty, and the curtains don’t cover the whole window, so someone walking past could look into your room. Service was zero, maybe less. There’s basically one receptionist and one or two security guards around at a time. If the bulb goes out, a guard changes it; if the water heater stops working, the receptionist fiddles with it without a solution, then tries to convince you the very cold water is warm enough. The staff shouldn’t be working in hotels. Scam!
