Paint House Hotel Classic

I returned at 12:10pm after going out to get food and found my belongings taken out of the room. They’d unlocked it, moved everything, and left my things in a mess.

The location is good and there’s electricity, but I found bed bugs where I slept. The bathroom door was damaged and wouldn’t close, and the customer service was zero. It left me with a bitter, bitter-sweet experience. 😠😡

The location works, but the hotel’s system doesn’t. There was no booking system, and the people at the check-in desk were unprofessional. I can’t recommend it to visitors or business owners. It felt like a one-night stand, hit-and-go kind of hotel. Please upgrade the place and set up a proper way to book. We can only tell people what we saw, not what you want us to say. Stay blessed. Water barely runs. If you’re in a hurry, you have to leave it running for about an hour before you can bathe, and flushing means fetching water and pouring it in yourself. There’s no intercom either, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed something. Service was really poor, there’s no proper wardrobe, and the kitchen service was zero. I called for breakfast and was told they’d run out of gas. It could be a good place if they fixed the service, but right now it’s a zero for me and I wouldn’t recommend it. Thank you!
