For a room costing ₦40,000, the highest in the Executive category, I expected much better. The water pressure was so low that filling a 20-liter bucket took around 45 minutes, and yes, there was a bucket in the bathroom. The water heater didn't work either. If you just need somewhere to crash and don't have much to spend, maybe, but that was frustrating.

The reception and exterior look good, but the deluxe room itself was a letdown. The bathroom tiles looked very worn and hadn't been cleaned, and the door was rotting at the bottom. I can't see how the room justified what I paid. It wasn't worth the money.

It felt like a home away from home. I hate leaving my own house, but the calm, peaceful setting and the really nice staff, always ready to help, made it easy for me to settle in and relax. Kudos to them.

I paid for three nights and had no electricity overnight for two of them. The windows had no nets, and the mosquitoes in the rooms were awful. I even had to make a scene to get my balance back. Go there if you want to suffer!

The furniture was awful, the sheets were dirty, the air conditioner barely worked, and the toilet setup was terrible. I've never stayed somewhere worse, and I can't recommend it.
