Plush Hotel

By nearly 5 AM, there was still no electricity and the heat was unbearable. We only came here at the last minute around 11 PM because every other hotel was booked, and they switched off the generator at midnight. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The rooms and service were alright. It felt a little expensive given that there's neither a gym nor a pool.

The neighborhood was peaceful and the hotel itself was alright. Most of the staff were decent, though the woman at the front desk gave really poor service when I arrived. The internet kept cutting out, hot water was unreliable, and the towels were worn. Fixing those things would make a stay here fantastic.

The rooms and location were decent enough, but the atmosphere and customer service need a lot of work. Staff were slow, not proactive, and not flexible. After paying hundreds of thousands for a deluxe room, they even wanted to charge me for a sachet of Peak milk. Breakfast was very limited, and the complimentary serving covered only one person even though I booked for two. In the mornings, towels weren't replaced promptly after cleaning, so I had to chase them several times.
