I only stayed one night, and was glad to find a cheaper place nearby the next day with hot water and much better Wi-Fi. Here, the water pressure was weak and there was no hot water. No one explained how to use the system, either. The room had just one small towel, and the safe didn't work. I raised both problems by phone and in person, but nobody came to sort them out. The TV and Wi-Fi were awful too, and asking for help didn't bring anyone to the room. The carpets looked dirty, like they hadn't been washed in ages, and the whole place smelled of weed. It felt miserable there. The staff seemed unhappy, and the place always seemed to have vacancies. For the experience, it was significantly overpriced. With better management it could be much better, but I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

The service here is top notch, and the hotel is both nice and affordable. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in Abuja, this is a great choice. I’d visit again.

The front desk made check-in easy, and everyone was welcoming. I especially appreciated the chubby lady with low cut at the reception, her people skills were topnotch 🫡🫡🫡. My stay at Prosbel wuse 2 Abuna was fantastic.

The room setup and decor were lovely, and the quiet area made for a pleasant stay in Abuja. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and customer service was 100%. I also liked the poolside, especially how lit it is at night. Looking forward to coming back.

Bed bugs in the room. I was on my feet all night, then left the next day. Never again, I’d give zero stars if I could.
