Rossy'S Apartments

It’s in a secure estate with stores and other amenities nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner came by almost every day to check that things were going well and everyone was comfortable. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend booking here.

The place runs like a backyard joint for short-term stays. The white sheets were stained brown. After several complaints, we got a third set, which was the best one so far, as shown in the picture. They switch off the lights and tell you to use a fan, even though power is available. They’re just changing over because they don’t want to buy units. We had to complain before they restored power for us and another occupant. This is the worst place on earth to lodge.

The place itself is clean and beautiful, and the staff are very receptive, but the service was the worst I’ve ever had from a hotel. There was no electricity apart from the generator running for a few hours a day. The TV service didn’t work either. When I asked, they apologized and said they’d fix it, but that meant waiting another two hours. The water wouldn’t run, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the mattress sank into the bed. How much worse can it get? Don’t waste your money here. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

The apartments are good, but the management is terrible. During both times I stayed, I had to plead for basics, including fresh sheets instead of bedding used by the guests who’d checked out. Surfaces were dusty and the kitchen bins filthy. The kitchen sink tap didn’t work, so I had to wash my plates in the bathroom. The TVs had no subscription, and they kept promising it would be restored soon, saying they’d paid for it, but the service never came through. The bathroom tap took almost half an hour to provide enough water for a bath. The only thing going for the place is its location in a secure estate. I wouldn’t stay here again. You don’t even get average service for your money.
