Don’t expect too much for the price. It’s decent value if you just need somewhere to sleep and handle business, and the central location is its best feature. But driving out can be tricky, with fast cars coming from the central business area. Pay attention to the warnings at reception: outside food isn’t allowed, and there are no refunds. If they don’t allow food from outside, management should improve the kitchen and the free breakfast. The fish pepper soup cost 6k and felt like a rip-off, the fish was about the size of a toddler’s clenched fist. Breakfast has no choice, buffet, or table. The gym felt like a ghost town, and the semi-basement location of the pool is depressing. In my opinion, it belongs in the sunshine. The staff are courteous and respectful, and they don’t ask for tips. There’s no car wash, so wash your own car. Constant power is affordable, but the batteries in the semi-functional TV remote need replacing. Door mats by the combined shower and toilet would help too, since I hated stepping into the room with wet feet. For what they charge, don’t expect much.

I didn’t get a chance to go inside, but from the outside it looks like a nice place. The location seems ideal, within the same premises as the Ecumenical Center in the Central Area of the FCT. Security should be good because the Central Bank of Nigeria is nearby.

The employees were so hospitable, and both the managers and the General manager were attentive and deliberate about the service. The facility impressed me from the first look. Thanks for hosting us stewards for the All African Conference of Churches' 12th General Assembly.
