The living area was a comfortable place to unwind after exploring, while the kitchenette let me prepare meals when I wanted. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted warmly and the service was impeccable. Staff were quick to help whenever I needed something. It was a memorable stay, and I'd happily choose this hotel apartment again on future city visits.

The room was dirty, the couches were torn, and there was no running water in the kitchen. The restaurant only had noodles and egg, and the breakfast listed with the online booking wasn't provided. They also claimed the apartment was 20 minutes from the airport, but it wasn't, and there was no Wi-Fi despite what they said. The price on booking.com didn't match what we were charged when we arrived. The receptionist asked us to pay much more and transfer it to her account. The place looked nothing like the photos. I had a terrible experience and wish I hadn't booked it.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the place was peaceful with steady power. Those were the only good points for me. The rooms were sparsely furnished, and we had to keep asking for basics like cups, glasses, a kettle, microwave, and toilet rolls. Most of the entertainment options and views shown on the website weren't there. The food wasn't enjoyable, and I was surprised that indomie seemed to be treated as a delicacy. There isn't a restaurant. It needs a lot of work to meet basic standards.
