Yellow Door Apartments

Electra was a lovely waitress, warm and attentive, and Joseph made sure I had what I needed during my stay. I was in Abuja in January for “Call to All,” and the experience was great from beginning to end. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the service made the trip memorable. The owner is clearly doing a great job. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abuja.

The restaurant had a fabulous choice of meals, and I especially enjoyed breakfast. Yellow Door is also very conveniently located, with everywhere I needed to go just a 5-10 minute drive away, so using Uber was easy. Staff were lovely and attentive. I barely had any issues, and when I did, they sorted them out quickly. I mostly contacted them on WhatsApp and got an immediate reply. I’d definitely recommend Yellow Door.

The surroundings were pleasant, but for what we pay, water and sweets should be provided throughout each stay, not only on the first day. There was no shampoo gel, either. Breakfast choices were very limited, and I’d like to see a buffet.

The decor at both hotel 1 and hotel 2 is stunning, 100/100. I also loved the subtle, inviting fragrance in the lobby and room so much that I asked the receptionist for the vendor’s contact. Most impressive of all was the hospitality. Every staff member I met in Abuja was warm, helpful, polite, courteous, quick to act, and smiling. An exceptional experience.
