The breakfast buffet could have offered more choices, but my room was clean and comfortable. I had a great time at Top Rank Hotel Galaxy Asaba. The staff were very friendly, and the location worked perfectly for my meetings. Good value and service, I'd give it 4/5 stars.

I haven't stayed here, so this is based on what I saw. My colleagues stayed and I'll share some of their views too. I'll come back with a more detailed review.

It's a very nice place and good value for money. The one issue behind this otherwise good rating is the power supply. Electricity keeps going off and on like a pendulum, and something has to be done about it.

I checked in on 17 October and left on the 19th. My booking had been made days ahead, but the room wasn’t ready when reception checked me in. I started in room 402, where the air conditioning didn’t work, then was moved to 202, which was worse because the toilet smelled awful. The food wasn’t any better, and the supervisors were rude and didn’t handle problems responsibly. I was also pressed to pay an unexpected 20k before checkout. A horrible stay.

Their service is top-notch and the place was very good. I did misplace my ring light, though.
