Vacation Villa Hotel and Suites

There was power and water around the clock, and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. It was a lovely place to stay in Asaba, and I’d definitely return.

Getting even a simple errand handled took ages. I left clothes for laundry expecting them in the morning, but it took several calls before they came back at 5 pm. This was my first stay, and the service really wasn’t top-notch. The buffet breakfast was awful, if it even deserves that name. The woman supervising the staff was rude, and the food was nothing to write home about. The hotel needs to do much better.

A lovely, quiet place for an overnight stay, with an elegant feel. My room and bathroom were neat and spacious, and the room was odor-free and smoke-free, so there was no cigarette smell to worry about. The AC didn’t have a remote, though, and I wanted to adjust it when the room got too cold at night. I’d come back next time I’m in Asaba.

I’d like to return because the room and bathroom were neat and spacious. They should replace the towels, though. The AC had no remote, and the receptionist said to switch it off at the power socket if it got too cold. The male receptionists in particular need training in how to deal with guests.
