The buffet breakfast was excellent, and compliments to the chef. Great staff too, including Tosan, sam and the rest. The bathroom could use a deep clean now and then.

A comfortable setting and wonderful service, every time. It’s always a lovely experience.

The breakfast was great, but the conference hall felt too basic. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, since the bathrooms often weren’t clean. It’s a cool place to stay if you’re on a budget, though it doesn’t match the standard of the other Villa Toscana Hotels I’ve visited. I’d recommend it if you don’t pay too much attention to details.

The room was really clean, and the hotel’s location felt reassuring with Police headquarters just across the road. I liked the sky bar and lounge so much that I used the space for my elder brother’s milestone birthday. The Operations manager was professional and helped make my first stay a good one. Staff were effective too, apart from one unpleasant moment, which they handled well.

It’s a quiet spot, and the access road is good from all parts of the city. The staff are courteous and seem keen to help. The free WiFi could use an upgrade for a more reliable connection, and loud music by the pool may interrupt the calm in the evening.
