Royal Park Hotel & Suites

The night scene wasn’t very good, and the hotel needs a lot of renovation. My stay was just okay. They could make guests more comfortable with small things, like sockets beside the bed and toothpaste in the bathroom.

Worst hotel experience ever. It’s hot as an oven, and the air conditioning is no help. They may not turn on the generator if you’re the only guest staying there.

The service and facilities were both horrible. If the big generator isn’t running, you’re left with a standing fan because the AC won’t work. The sockets in my room didn’t work, so I had no way to charge my phone. The cable had a glitch too, with two channels appearing at once. I left almost immediately after they failed to resolve my complaints. When I asked for a refund, they offered only 50%.

Some rooms were still under construction. The rooms that were available had no working AC, and the smell of burning cigarettes kept drifting up from the bar/lounge. A really sad and disappointing stay. Whether you call it a hotel or motel 🤔, it’s probably less than a two star hotel anywhere in the world 🤦.
